1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Pango platform (the "Service"), which offers rehabilitation and prevention exercise programs, progress-tracking tools and, where applicable, the option to connect with a physical therapist.

2. The Service does not replace a healthcare professional

Pango is a support tool. The content, programs and automated feedback provided do not constitute a medical diagnosis and do not replace a consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. In case of significant pain, worsening symptoms, or any situation you consider abnormal, please consult a doctor or physical therapist.

3. Creating an account

You must be of legal age (or have the consent of your legal representative) to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Reasonable use

You agree to use the Service in good faith. The following are notably prohibited: fraudulent access, mass copying of content, reselling your account, or any unlawful use.

5. Shared content

Video clips that you choose to send to a physical therapist remain your property. You grant Pango a limited, free, non-exclusive license to store and transmit these clips to the physical therapist you designate, solely within the scope of the Service.

6. Subscription and payment

Some features are available through a paid subscription. Prices, trial periods and cancellation conditions are shown at the time of subscription. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe).

7. Limitation of liability

Within the limits permitted by applicable law, Pango shall not be liable for any damage resulting from misuse of the Service or failure to follow safety recommendations (do not push beyond your limits, stop in case of sharp pain, consult a professional for situations requiring medical advice).

8. Changes to these terms

Pango may update these terms to reflect changes in the Service or legal obligations. Material changes will be notified to you before they take effect.
